## Book a session

Online sessions over Zoom — Hebrew-speaking therapy with Sarit Sheleg.
Free 30-minute intro call (שיחת היכרות). No commitment.

> Important: please have a stack of coloured sticky notes (memo pads / פתקיות ממו) ready for your session — they're essential for Dimensions Therapy (תרפיית מימדים).

### The process

- **Free intro call (שיחת היכרות)** — a short conversation to see if there's a fit.
- **Questionnaires (שאלונים)** — sent ahead so we can focus the work.
- **Booking (קביעת תור)** — pick a time that works for you.
- **First session** — we get started, one-on-one over Zoom.

### How we'll begin

The first session starts with an intake conversation framed through a biological / conflict-mapping lens — we walk through your history and pinpoint the moments where the body or psyche started carrying something. From that mapping we choose, together, where to put our attention.

You don't need to arrive with a clear answer about what's wrong. Most people don't. Even if you only have a vague sense that something is off, that's enough to start — the practical, structured nature of the work itself is what surfaces clarity.

### How we work together

Regular sessions, at a cadence that fits your life. The work is built around deep listening: I'm tracking patterns, language, the small details that point at the root.

Between sessions, when it helps, I stay reachable for short follow-ups — a quick message if something shifts, or a question that comes up while you're processing. Therapy doesn't only happen inside the hour.

### Before your first session — what to get

- A pack of coloured memo / sticky notes (פתקיות ממו צבעוניות), no adhesive preferred
- Available at any stationery store
- These get used directly in Dimensions Therapy sessions — they're how we externalise and map what's moving inside

### How the treatment works

Dimensions Therapy maps the inner conflict driving a symptom or stuck pattern — we look at the specific event, the moment it took root, and the layers of meaning your system has built around it since.

Much of the real change happens between sessions, as awareness settles in and the body recalibrates. In session, we stay focused and practical: we observe what's happening for you right now, name it precisely, and work with it.

### Important note — therapy is not a replacement for medical care

This work complements medical and psychiatric care; it does not replace either. If you're under medical treatment, stay with it. If symptoms are severe, urgent, or potentially dangerous, see a doctor first. Consciousness and emotional work goes deepest when it sits alongside proper medical care — not instead of it.

- **Acute physical symptom (text-based)** — short WhatsApp consultation for recent, non-chronic symptoms
