You can filter by topic to read the ones that match your situation. Testimonials stream in from a live database, so what you see is current — not a curated snapshot from years ago.

If you're searching for Sarit Sheleg reviews, Hebrew therapy reviews, online therapy results, or energy therapy testimonials, this is the page to read. Most of the original feedback is in Hebrew (Sarit's clients are based in Israel), but the patterns described below are universal.

### What clients write about

Most testimonials fall into one of these areas. They're labelled this way on the page so you can find what's relevant to you:

- **Anxiety (חרדה)** — clients who were stuck in anxious thought loops, social anxiety, or panic before our work together.
- **Depression (דיכאון)** — clients who came in feeling flat, exhausted, or like they couldn't get out of their own way.
- **Physical pain and symptoms (כאב פיזי)** — chronic pain, recurring headaches, gut issues, persistent fatigue, unexplained symptoms.
- **Pregnancy support (הריון)** — symptom relief during pregnancy (often via WhatsApp) and birth-prep support.
- **Children, treated through their parents (ילדים)** — children up to about age 12 with behavioural challenges, sleep issues, chronic infections, or stress responses; the work happens with the parent and the child improves.

### WhatsApp screenshots

A real differentiator for this practice: many of the testimonials are screenshots of WhatsApp conversations — the actual back-and-forth between Sarit and a client during an acute episode or pregnancy symptom. You can see the timestamp, the symptom described, and the message a few hours later saying it passed. Nothing staged, nothing polished. Shared with each client's explicit permission.

### What people tend to mention

- Symptoms easing within a few sessions — sometimes after one.
- Feeling less afraid of the symptom itself, which often loosens its grip.
- Old patterns finally shifting — money, work, relationships, sleep.
