## Root cause via message (שורש העניין)

Quick relief for an acute symptom — without coming in for a session.
For pain that started today or yesterday, you can get help over a few WhatsApp messages.

### You don't have to come in for therapy

We can work through text messages — but only for acute pains that just appeared.
Examples: fever, ear ache, sore throat, back pain, a mild cold, a sharp headache, stomach pain, a rash, constipation, and similar things that came on recently.

This service is for:

- Pain or symptoms that started in the last few days (today, yesterday, this week)
- Children's symptoms (a child with a fever after the first day of school, a sudden tummy ache, a rash that wasn't there yesterday)
- Pregnancy symptoms — nausea, back pain, heartburn, swelling, and the rest of the list
- One symptom at a time, or a few — I answer each one separately

It is not for:

- Chronic conditions (מחלות כרוניות)
- Allergies
- Issues that come back in waves (recurring migraines, recurring stomach problems, anything that has been around for months or years)

> Chronic cases — allergies, things that keep coming back — need a real session, not a text-based consult. If that's you, book a session instead.

To be clear: this is not a medical diagnosis. It's a quick consult that helps you understand what triggered the symptom. If something feels serious, see a doctor.

### How it works

To find the root cause of the pain, we need to identify the **conflict (קונפליקט)** — the event that triggered it. I run a quick muscle-test inquiry and map five things:

- **When did the conflict start, and is it over?** Sometimes it's already resolved, sometimes it's still sitting with you.
- **In relation to whom or what? (ביחס למי/למה)** A clue to help you place the conflict — a specific area of life, a person, a situation you had or have a disagreement with.
- **The main emotion (הרגש העיקרי)** that came up in you during the conflict.
- **The main bodily sensation (התחושה העיקרית)** you had at the time.
- **The main belief (האמונה העיקרית)** you mistakenly held during the conflict.

Once those five are on the table, the picture usually clicks into place — "oh, that's what this is about."

### Why "just knowing" is often enough

A few terms first, so the rest makes sense:

- **Survival mode (רמת קיום הישרדות)**: when we're not at our best — the soul feels squeezed and we start believing the stories playing in our head.
- **Conflict (קונפליקט)**: when we're stuck in survival mode, in a disagreement with ourselves or with someone else, and we haven't yet addressed the gap between what the soul actually wants and what's happening. A conflict can be resolved or unresolved.
- **Resolved conflict (קונפליקט שנגמר)**: until that point you were in survival mode about something — then something happened. The issue resolved on its own, you decided to forgive, you let go, or simply enough time passed.
- **Active conflict (קונפליקט אקטיבי)**: you're still in survival mode. The conflict hasn't been resolved, it's still sitting with you, you still don't know what to decide, what to say, or where your boundary is.

> The goal: move from survival mode up to awareness mode (רמת קיום מודעות) — and that is what heals us.

Once we know what happened, and we see that the symptom is just the body's expression of it, we take a deep breath. In that moment we shift from survival mode to awareness mode. Studies in this field suggest that simply identifying the underlying conflict resolves 50–70% of the symptom on its own.

### The process

1. Fill out the symptom form on this page (what the symptom is, when it started, anything relevant going on around that time).
2. Pay for the consultation.
3. I reply via WhatsApp with the root cause for each symptom — separately.

You'll get the reply within hours during business hours.

### What the reply contains

For each symptom, I send you:

- **Whose conflict** is at play. A child's symptom often reflects a parent's conflict — that's normal and we'll name it if so.
- **Whether the conflict is active or already over**, and roughly when it started.
- **What or whom it relates to** — the area of life or the person it's pointing at.

That's usually enough to take the deep breath and let the symptom start to ease.

### Examples of symptoms that fit

- A stomach ache that came out of nowhere yesterday
- A sore throat — especially the one-sided kind
- A stiff neck after a hard week
- A sudden headache or migraine after an argument
- A rash that wasn't there a few days ago
- Period pain
- Cold or flu symptoms (we break them down by symptom — runny nose, cough, fever, etc.)
- A fever in a child that started today
- Lower back pain that locked up over the weekend
- Constipation that's a few days old
- Dizziness that's new this week
- Pregnancy symptoms — nausea, heartburn, swelling, sciatica

If your symptom isn't on the list but it's recent, just ask — odds are it fits.
