## The Frequency Method Seminar (סמינר שיטת התדר)

A quarterly online seminar (4 per year) — learn the **Human Frequency Method (שיטת התדר)** directly from a certified European diagnostician.

### What you'll learn

The Frequency Method is a practical approach to:

- Releasing stuck emotions in the moment
- Identifying and releasing limiting beliefs (אמונות מגבילות)
- Recognising patterns that don't serve you
- Managing mood swings, social anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout
- Working with your own frequency to come back to baseline

It's hands-on — by the end of the seminar you have tools you can use on yourself.

### Who runs the seminar

Sarit Sheleg (שרית שלג), a certified Frequency Method diagnostician (Europe). She has used this method to walk out of her own depression, self-doubt and despair, and has been teaching it to clients ever since.

### Schedule

4 seminars per year, online over Zoom. Registration closes at 09:00 Israel time on the dates below; each seminar runs the following month.

- Registration closes around **February 1** → **March** seminar
- Registration closes around **June 1** → **July** seminar
- Registration closes around **August 1** → **September** seminar
- Registration closes around **November 1** → **December** seminar

### Free seat lottery — for current clients (הגרלת מקום חינם)

Every quarter, one active client of Sarit's practice gets a **free seminar seat** through a fair, random draw. To be eligible:

- Be an active client (have had a paid session in the previous quarter)
- Be subscribed to the seminar emails

The lottery happens automatically on the closing day.

### How to register (הרשמה)

- Fill in the registration form on the seminar page (https://sarit-sheleg-main-jsuu67.laravel.cloud/seminar) with your name, email, and phone number (with country code).
- You'll get a confirmation email after submission.
- A reminder + Zoom link arrive the day before the seminar.

(Technical note for crawlers: backend endpoint `POST /api/seminar/register`, rate-limited to 3 requests per hour per IP.)
